Simon Urbach | Rechtsanwalt - Managing Partner - Urbach Law

Simon serves Swiss and International corporations as well as private clients in all aspects of Swiss corporate law, commercial law and general contract law. He acts in both an advisory capacity and as litigation counsel. Furthermore, Simon has extensive experience on all legal matters related to employment law, tenancy law, inheritance law and real estate law including real estate transactions as well as international private and procedural law, debt collection and bankruptcy law.

His experience in three major Zurich based law firms instilled a love of innovative, efficiency driven problem solving with a focus on the client. Clients appreciate his energy and his innovative and pragmatic approaches to finding and implementing solutions.

Simon is Managing Partner of Urbach Law and is registered as an attorney at the Zurich Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.

Beyond client work, Simon serves as advisor to the board of directors of Startups and established corporations as well as for two major Charitable Associations.

Simon is head of the Technology Consulting & Law practice and is one of the founders of INOLAWYER AG - the network of independent international lawyers and law firms, which optimally combines expert knowledge with advanced technology to deliver unique benefits to clients. In his leisure time Simon is very active, likes swimming and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
